Land update

We got an email a few weeks ago informing us that the land settlement is still on schedule for July/early August, which is great news as another delay would have been really disheartening. We had called in to the estate a few days prior to getting the email and were very happy to see that the streetlights were all in, and the email confirmed that all there is left to do is the footpaths, crossovers, and public park areas as well as the base road layer (they do another layer a bit later on once most of the houses are built).
We also had our tile appointment with Beaumont Tiles recently, which I will post about soon.
